happy saturday.  clocked in 11 hours of sleep.  feeling pretty good.  i’m on my second day of fasting too.  i drank a nice hot cup of water to hydrate.  normally fasting makes me cold and fatigued, but today i feel as though i could shop around old town and maybe browse the local thrift stores.  usually when i shop in old town i like to stop in for a beer or two, but today i will have to deny myself that pleasure.  i have heard people lose weight while fasting, but that has never been the case for me, except maybe a few insignificant ounces.

i looked on the library card catalog for masterpiece theatre and all of the interesting titles are unavailable for at least 11 days.  and the two titles that were in stock are on vhs, and well, my new policy is that i can only watch vhs if it’s a taebo video.  but masterpiece classic will be on tonight.

i’m going to old town now.
