i had such a nice evening all to myself.  i did some cleaning, some exercise, some dog washing, and some movie viewing.  i think tomorrow i’ll be more social.

today my brother and i went to this rich kid’s house in west hollywood.  he was selling a car that my brother was interested in buying.  the kid lived right on the craziest part of sunset boulevard, it was weird to see a house there.  there were a bunch of neat cars parked on the driveway too.  later, a friend of the kid selling the car showed up with two super hot chicks.  he gave my brother a high five and said, “what’s up?!  you guys staying?!  we’re gonna go have a sexy dinner, but we’ll be back” and he strutted on down the boulevard with a girl on each arm.  it was so funny to me.  he’s the man.

i feel like i won’t be able to sleep again.

i called in sick yesterday because my sleep schedule was so weird and i needed to reset.  my friend from high school who i had not seen in about ten years and i decided to meet up for drinks and snacks during the happy hour.  it was excellent to see her.  she looked fantastic.  i also liked that she wanted to order tons of food.  we had lots of drinks and then went to another place right after for more food, drinks, and girl talk.  she is a great friend (always has been).  this morning she texted to ask how i was doing.  i said, “fine but i have a mean headache.”  she offered to pick me up for coffee.  when one friend walked out, another walked in.

definitely been on a weird sleep schedule.  been waking up in the morning and after naps unsure about which day or time of day it is.  kind of fun, but not when i realize it’s really not saturday morning and that i’m actually late for work.

i’m totally not tired right now but i’ll probably try reading something boring and nonfiction.

in other news, i bought a new antenna (and it’s not rabbit ears), but i still can’t see fox 11 unless i hold the coaxial cable up in the air while doing half-moon pose.  all the korean and vietnamese channels come in crystal clear though.  why are the koreans are always hollering about something.

what i need right now is the weekend on my doorstep.

i stayed up late fixing my roomba.  the internet told me what to do (how to clean its gears) and now it works again.  i needed a little tiny screwdriver to remove a panel.  my mom recently gave me a little tiny screwdriver, so that was weird and cool.

clean charlotte just licked my ankle which means she wants to go watch infomercials and sleep now.  good call.

i don’t know how it got so late.  after work marco and i went to the best ramen.  i ate so much food because they got my order wrong, but i didn’t say anything,  i just ate it all.  and then we tried to watch national treasure 2, but it was so boring and dumb that i just fell asleep.

then i chilled and did some total gym while i watched three’s company.

i also ate a paleta today.  coconut.  i think i like the “idea” of paletas, but i don’t really like them.  whatever that means.

been pretty mellow lately.  the other night (my mom’s birthday) we had dinner at the restaurant on the hill, and then we ate some delicious cake from porto’s.  i never really liked porto’s cakes, but this one was old school, no gross layers of “ganache” or “fudge cake.”  just yellow cake and some cream and strawberries.  i got fat just by hanging around my mom and brother for a few days.

today, after work i took a nap and then woke up and did some household chores.

i’m worried about charlotte because she is constipated.  i have a feeling she ate something weird in my mom’s backyard.  she hasn’t made any poos in a while and her appetite isn’t as insane as it normally is.  i fed her some blackberries for fiber (and antioxidants).

i guess i’ll go relax now.  ever since the june 12 digital tv transition, i’ve been getting very poor reception of my favorite channels.  apparently i need to buy a “smart antenna” or something.  okay, so where are the government-issued coupons for those…

been spending lots of time with my family.  last weekend we went shopping at the outlet stores in the desert and hung out in fake vegas.  nothing beats real vegas though.  105f and open container.

something i ate tonight ruined my streak of digestive improvement.  i won’t blame the dduk boki.

not sure why, but i was so tired.  i took a nap after work from 6:30 until midnight.  i’m ready to go back to bed.

i felt so tired and cold after work.  i watched the lakers in between dozing off on the couch.  dwight howard’s deltoids looked very weird to me.

i missed kung fu class again.  i wanted to bid farewell to jesus and punch everyone else but i didn’t feel like leaving the house again.

didn’t do much else.  some exercise.  tried to do yoga for beginners again but i think i was doing the poses all wrong still.  i couldn’t really breathe, so i gave up.

i guess i’ll walk charlotte and treat myself to an early night of sleep.  i don’t feel that great tonight.
