Well, I’m pretty tired.  I worked out tonight and all these great songs came on the iPod.  Like The Bag.  I was into it.  If I was a funny guy I would have played air guitar while on the elliptical trainer.  When Intergalactic came on I almost busted into robot dance.  It made me laugh.  Exercise rules.  Tonight the old Japanese man was at the gym.  I hadn’t seen him in almost a year but I said hi to him even though I wasn’t sure if he would remember me.  He remembered me. 

Do you know anybody who lives in a bubble.  Are they boring.

This has been a nice holiday weekend. I guess I didn’t really cut back on the beer, but at least I didn’t do twenty thousand shots and throw up. The Arroyo Seco Golf Course is practically my backyard so Jonny and I took a two-minute walk over to the nineteenth hole and drank a couple of beers on their patio. It was pretty awesome, I don’t know why we never did that before. There were a billion kids there though, eating cake and having their faces painted, and playing miniature golf. What’s up with that. Kids shouldn’t be allowed at the golf course, and the miniature golf course should be reserved for the shroomers or the rich kids on LSD. Or something. I saw somebody from work there. He was playing miniature golf. Probably on shrooms. And then I saw Ethan and Heather there. Definitely on shrooms. Small town or I’m just real popular. Today we played soccer and then consumed some commemorative cheeseburgers. Trader Joe’s has a pepper jack cheese that is some sort of yogurt cheese and lactose free but still a true dairy product. It’s really good and probably going to change my life. Drank wine and ate pita chips with tzatziki. I watched a Nicolas Cage movie and then tried to watch Terminator 3, but the DVD I borrowed is a bonus disc and not the actual film. Stupid.

Well, here’s a video clip of Charlo being happy on the way to Santa Monica. We took her to the dog park and some chick was like, “You should take her to the animal psychic communicator.” She was nice though. Then Charlotte got chased by a HUGE black Great Dane. Even I was terrified. No pic of that though.

Got off work early and now I’m just waiting for Jonny to come over. Not sure what we’re going to do with this Friday, but hopefully something good. Will I be able to avoid the beer?

I took Charlotte to work today. She chilled and socialized and AIMed I guess. And disheveled all the stuff on my desk. Yeah, she must have done that.
Well, I’m still not entirely used to this “Insert image” thing. But look, I’ve already put two pictures so that is definitely something. Do I deserve a beer.

Okay.  This blog thing is going to disregard my capitalization, it’s not as smart as it thinks it is.  Anyway.  Today was a beautiful Thursday.  After work I rode my bicycle to the farmers’ market and ate a baked yam and chilled a little bit.  I decided to ditch kung fu class and baked some energy bars and ate lots of cereal instead.  Great.  Samir asked me if I wanted to grab a beer and I said no.  I hate drinking on Thursday nights (it’s sooo grad school [???]) and also I’m trying to reduce my alcohol consumption.  Can you believe it.  Besides cutting back to lose weight, I feel like I need to detoxify and improve the working order of my innards, including my brain.  I need to avoid fat and free radicals and hold on to my marbles.

It’s a holiday weekend though.  I love those.  The Ritz said “booze is in the air.”  What can I do.  I guess all I can do is try my best and see what moderation is really all about.  But I hope you enjoy a burger or three and 24 cold ones for me.

Okay, so here I am.  I haven’t been able to update my Web because nobaboon told me that he disabled FTP and I just didn’t know what to do about that.  How was I supposed to tell you where I drank beer and what weird guy I saw on the street.  Anyway, nobabs converted me to this WordPress thing which makes blogging very easy.  It just doesn’t have all that flashy, intricate RJK design flair that I usually have on my page?  Haha.  And it’s very bloggercentric, which makes it somewhat of a guilty pleasure, now doesn’t it.  But here I am.  Soon you will see this.  When I am ready.

Anyway, back to normal business.  Life has been pretty all right.  I’ve been busy with stuff.  You missed my all-day drinking excursion with Darlene.  Like 1PM to 9PM, >120 fl oz of beer.  Yay.  Then you missed the guy on the 105W who tried to race me but I thought he was trying to shoot me.  Also, the weird motorcycle guy put something on my car.  Just like he said he would.  Weird guys are often so reliable.  Flyer for his hookah lounge.  I hate hookah.  Anyway.   This interface has an “Insert image” button which mean pictures and we love pictures.
